Pimiento Padron - £2.49

The Padron is one of the most delicious chillies you will ever eat and are fun too!
Originally from the small village of Padron in Northern Spain, this variety is picked when still small and green, fried in a little extra virgin olive oil with some coarse sea salt and then eaten hot from the hob (ideally with a cold glass of white wine and some friends!).
